I have checked this page (link in the hidden content) and it is working fine. For using captcha, you have to enable the plugin and update the plugin settings.

The captcha plugin is enabled and updated. As I´ve already written the Joomla-Mailer is also working (SMPT and PHP). The problem is the SP Pagebuilder Contact Form itself, which is used on every frontpage with the heading "Unverbindliche Anfrage Steuerstrafrecht". If you try to send information with this Form you´ll get the (in German translated) error Message "Email Sent Failed". The Contact Form is embedded as site module.

I have shared the issue with the developer team. They will check and solve the issue.

Can you please tell me what you have fixed? I have the same problem on other websites and would like to fix the probleme there as well.
