Contact Form: Email Sent Failed, Fill Required Field And Try Again!

Hi I have a similar issue, and get the message: Email sent failed, fill required field and try again!

although all filed s are completed: https://www.microbeid.rinkelab.org/index.php/pages/contact-us#

Any idea what can cause this?

I modiefied the subject entry to: {{subject}} | {{site-name}}

but still the same error.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Chris, I was having a similar problem. My menu item was pointing to a traditional Joomla article. I exported my work, imported into a SP PageBuilder Page, pointed the menu item to that new Page and voila. Works. I hope that this could possibly work for you too.
