Menu is Not Displayed As A Drop-down Menu

I use HelixUltimate for my new site. I have integrated 2 links in a menu. On the PC everything is displayed correctly as a drop-down menu, but unfortunately not on mobile. What could be the reason?

If I may...

  1. What menu type is used for those men items, if you used Heading, please change into URL
  2. Open Menu module used for Offcanvas , check if you set to show all submenus, change submenu level from all to 5 and Save changes, recheck after

Those are general tips.
