Hello, Trying to use the Helix ultimate multi-row predefined header on a site, but when reducing the screen size down the logo is forced down to the second row. How can I keep the logo on the top row? Please see screenshot https://snipboard.io/gmRFAE.jpg

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

Thanks, but any chance of keeping the logo a little larger? and/or making the row stay larger to accomodate it? Just seems to drop in size a little too much.

Hi, I've another site doing the exact same thing. How was this fixed the first time? https://snipboard.io/6oiI7Q.jpg

Also, this is a wide logo/header and need its width to be corrected to look more like this https://snipboard.io/YMhvSl.jpg

The Helix template is NOT the live template yet, please don't make it live.

Your question isn't clear to me, and it looks like your website isn't using our Helix framework.

My apologies, I should have included this URL which is the only one at the moment using Helix framework. I'm in the process of redesigning using Helix https://blisteredfingers.com/welcome

Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.
