Slideshow - Pause On Hover Issue

Extension 9 months ago

I am so far working on localhost. I am using the Finance template. The slideshow is set to autoplay and the "pause on hover" has been enabled. I am using the default timings.

The "pause on hover" works with images. However, once I add a video to one of the slides, the "pause on hover", occasionally works but mostly is ignored, especially on the video slide.

Any suggestions?

Hello Morrell Aberdeen

Thanks for notifying us. It looks like a bug. I will share it with the developer team to check. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the future releases.

Best regards

Hi, I was hoping that the issue would have been resolved with this release of Page Builder. However, the problem has not been fully resolved. My observation is that it pauses occasionally, if the mouse is over a slide with an image. If the mouse is over the video slide, there is no pause.

For the purpose of demonstrating the issue, I have put a demo page with slideshow at: https://ictstt.org/ Note, that when the mouse is placed over the video, the pause does not happen.

I have talked with the team. It will not be included in the next release (scheduled for this week). The issue will be taken care of after the next release.

The problem is unresolved. I have the latest version of SP Page Builder installed.

You did write last time, "It will not be included in the next release (scheduled for this week). The issue will be taken care of after the next release."

So I await the next release.
