Captcha - Recaptcha V2 Continuous Loop

Hello, I have already asked for your intervention twice to solve this problem on other sites. The solution was found by you but I was never told how to solve the problem independently, especially so as not to bother you always with the same problem since I have many sites built with Joomshaper.
The problem is always the continuous look of the captcha V2, can you tell me the procedure to solve the problem by myself?
