Captcha - Recaptcha V2 Continuous Loop

Hi, I've been using shopin shaper on a site that works very well for 3 years now.
Since yesterday I have a problem with chaptcha-recaptcha v2, when a user registers it continues to run without ever stopping as you can see on the fllowing link https://talamelligioielleria.it/component/users/?view=registration&Itemid=660

Accepted AnswerOverride file occurred the problem. Initial solution is rename the default.php to xdefault.php or allow me one more day.
