Request Failed With Status Code 403

SP Page Builder 9 months ago

Hello, I am working on a website with Joomshaper 5.4.4. The Joomla version is 5.23 and the PHP version is 8.3. The database is MySQL. When I want to change a page created with Joomshaper and then save it, I get the message "request failed with status code 403". It would be nice if someone could help me at short notice.

Best wishes from the cold north of Germany

Hello,

I created a backup in ZIP format using Akeeba Backup and successfully ran it on my local PC, which is working fine.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask if they have Firewall or ModSecurity enabled. If so, kindly request that they temporarily disable it. This issue seems to be coming from your server.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Dear Koehnsen,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Could you kindly ensure that you have entered your valid license key in the SP Page Builder -> Settings -> Update & License section? If this has been done, please clear both the Joomla cache and your browser cache, then try again.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if further assistance is needed.

Best regards,

I have entered the license and also the email address. Since this is an offer page, I obviously cannot enter the URL of the development subdomain. I have deleted the cache, but the error message still remains.

Greetings, Ralf

Hi Ralf,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please provide your admin access details in the hidden content section? Before proceeding, I recommend taking a full backup of your site to ensure its safety.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks and best regards,

Thanks for the support. Since we have other pages in development that have exactly the same conditions, but are in different directories, I don't think it's the provider's fault. I'm going to take an older backup and re-install it in the hope that I'll then have a version without any errors.
