You know this is not acceptable. You do not need to get my admin password. Why cant you just install fresh joomla 5 and see your template is working or not ? And my quesion is we paid the money and we want the working templates. I just don't want to contact your guys time to time for this silly issue. It seems like Joomashaper is delibrately set this error. You can take the money just one time. not anymore.
