Button With Image-background, Changes By Mousover

Hello there!
I would like to create a button with an image that changes at mouseover. This would certainly be possible with CSS, but I wanted to ask first whether this option is also possible within SP Pagebuilder - I have tried various options, but have not found anything suitable.
My goal is to create a button with a small country flag, and when you mouse over it, it changes from German to English, so that you can go to the English-language page by clicking on it.

While the extension provides many powerful tools and customization options, this specific functionality is not available directly within its interface.
To achieve this type of interactive button, such as switching between a German and English flag on hover, you would need to implement custom CSS. This allows for more precise control over the styling and behavior of elements, which is outside the default capabilities of SP Page Builder.
