Bei der Überprüfung der Partner-Einstellungen scheint es, dass Sie den Onboarding-Prozess für den „Joomla“ Partner nicht richtig abgeschlossen haben.
Um dieses Problem zu beheben, empfehle ich Ihnen, die Berechtigungen, die dem Drittanbieter-Joomla gegeben wurden, zu widerrufen und sie dann wieder hinzuzufügen. Dies kann entweder direkt über Ihr PayPal-Konto oder über ein Drittanbieter-Joomla-Plugin durchgeführt werden.
Hier sind Anweisungen, wie der Händler die bestehende Partner-Zustimmung, die er gegeben hat, manuell ansehen/bearbeiten kann:

Sobald die oben genannten Einstellungen abgeschlossen sind, sollte der Joomla-Partner in der Lage sein, API-Betrieb in Ihrem Namen durchzuführen.

Apologies for the inconvenience and the delayed response due to the weekend. I have set up your website on my server and tested it using a sandbox account, and everything is working perfectly. To resolve the issue on your end, please remove the webhook from PayPal, then delete the Webhook ID from the PayPal settings and save the changes. After that, click the "Create Webhook" button to generate a new webhook. If everything is working correctly, the webhook should be created automatically, and the Webhook ID will be set in the settings.

Please excuse me again - but I have created and added a new webhook following your instructions. Reloaded everything and placed an order. The order arrives, I am redirected to Paypal, but the problem still remains that there is no error message and no transaction is processed at Paypal. We have had the problem for over a week now and no one can solve it. Unless someone comes up with an idea, I will unfortunately have to change shops. I lose money every day.

COPY ID - Go to EASYSTORE Paypal Edit copy Webhook - SAVE - LIVE

Please remove the webhook from PayPal, then delete the Webhook ID from the PayPal settings and save the changes. After that, click the "Create Webhook" button to generate a new webhook. It should automatically add the webhook in paypal account. Check the screen recording in the hidden content area.

I have thoroughly checked the error log, and the last recorded error related to EasyStore PayPal was on 31.01.2025. The error was caused by an outdated PayPal plugin, which has since been updated. After the update, there are no errors in the log related to EasyStore PayPal.
As there are no issues on our end, I kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to verify if they are blocking any PayPal IP addresses, which might be causing the issue. PayPal IP

I've called 3 times now and after a technical check I always got the statement that strato doesn't block any IP addresses or anything else. After 2 weeks I have to give up and use another plugin and software. It's a shame that easystore can't get something like this under control. but I lose money every day.

The problem is that I am hosted by Strato and do not have my own server. Strato tells me that the problem is with Joomshaper and not with the server because there are no restrictions. So what should I look for now? Unfortunately, we have to come to the conclusion that Joomshaper and Easystore do not work with Strato. Regardless of who is to blame - either you as the manufacturer are interested in making it work and need to contact Strato, or it simply does not work. As a customer, I cannot do anything or configure anything. So I am forced to use other software. A server move is of no use to me because the domain is tied and the package has a term. Moreover, if I switch to United Domains, for example, I do not know whether it will work or whether there will be problems there too.
