I have a problem with Popup Builder. On the same page (created with Page Builder) I would like to display a Popup on Desktop and one on Smartphone. I used two different layouts from your library and I positioned the entire section in 'Hidden' for desktop and mobile. However, while on the desktop it works well (displays the correct popup), on the smartphone only the closing 'x' appears and the background becomes darkened but the popup does not appear. I think you have a problem with the settings. On the desktop, I have found popup section is hidden. I would like to check and assist you firsthand. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.

Accepted AnswerIn the meantime, however, I will clarify the behavior. Two popups that are configured with scrolling seem incompatible (if it works on desktop, on mobile it doesn't work and the page darkens and vice versa). If, instead, I configure one of the two in "After Inactivity" they both work. But if I scroll on the one in "After Inactivity" the page darkens again.

Accepted AnswerI have checked your issue. I think you are trying to show 2 different popups according to the user's device. We do not have options to show 2 popups on 2 different devices (desktop and mobile) on the same page. You have set the sections to hide on one device and show on other device. But this will not work as both popups are loading. I have requested the developer team to consider this feature for the future updates.
