Popup On Mobile Ony

I am trying to create a popup that only appears on mobile. I can find no documentation to show how to do this. I have tried everything to achieve this in SPPB, but can't figure it out.

Unfortunately, this is not possible by default, just from settings. In theory you could use CSS hacks to hide popup only in desktop/tablet view.
Therefore, I recommend that you look for another solution. More details in "Hidden Content".
