I have added the MIME type (video/mp4) to your global settings, so you should now be able to upload MP4 videos without any issues.

Regarding shape in your Patra page, I can see that the Bottom Shape can be applied, and I did not notice any issues on my end.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue you are facing? This will help us better understand and assist you.
