Remove "State" Checkout

Hi,

I was told via the chat that it is impossible to remove the requried field "State" when chekout. This is something USA is using and no other country in the world... maybe there are some more...

How can it be impossible when you have option in the settings to remove address 2, phone number, business and such?

Please make it an option to remove this!
