Remove "state" In Order Flow

Can i remove state from the order flow, it lists regions, but they do not make any sense in terms of shipping and thats not something we use en denmark.

Accepted AnswerIt is mandatory to have Country and State in Order Flow. It cannot be changed. That's why you can not removed them. Hope its clear now.

Accepted AnswerCountry makes sense, but with country you can also specify only these countries.
This flowershop is located on an island in the middle of the baltic sea – and your "states" does not make sense in this case. We are in your teminology a part of the Captial region – but we are on an island 150 km east of the capital. And only inhabitants on this island will order from the flowershop, since its flowers, so they do not "ship" but gets delivered – so it seems odd that i cant either default or remove it all along?
