SPPB V5 Pro - Unable To Save A Page With Many Addons And Rows

Hi,
Is there a limit somewhere that would prevent a page from being saved once so many addons and elements are created?
I have a page on one website with many rows and addons - we cannot change anything on this page now, it never saves.
We have PHP Max Variables set really high which didn't help, we are on Joomla 5 latest and SPPB5 Pro latest.
Is this a database table size issue, or something we can investigate and hopefully resolve?
This page worked fine in SPPB v3 Pro, and has only been a problem since we moved to v5.
However, I have a page on a seperate website with the same issue - it is a page with one row but many testimonial addons - we can no longer add more testimonial addons, they never save.
There is no server caching in place, I have around 200 websites on this same server (which is my own dedicated server) and only these two have problems, I suspect because they have the largest pages.

We have been trying to alter the links in the text boxes and images in the treatments grid, but they are not saving.

Accepted AnswerHowever, the other site with issue is using one row but many testimonial addons - if we add more testimonial addons, the page no longer saves them, but the message when we click Save does tell us it has saved OK.

Accepted AnswerTry duplicating a testimonial addon and editing it - this is the issue we have, we can not add any more testimonials, they are not being saved (it says Saved, but the front end page never shows them - and if you refresh the page builder editor after it says saved, the duplicated testimonial addon has gone from the editor).

Video link in the hidden content to show me duplicating a testimonial, editing and saving, then refreshing the live page and editor where this newly duplicated testimonial is gone/not there to see.

First issue was update link. Initial solution.
Block the link text first then update the URL.
