Unable To Save Page - Too Many Elements

SP Page Builder 2 months ago

We are using SP Page Builder 5.7.2 to create a page on our website for our various training courses which has a lot of elements. Once we have reached the number of elements & sections on our website it will not long let us save the page.

The save button works but the page never saves.

Is this is a known issue and is there a workaround?

The same page saves and works perfectly before adding another section and more elements.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

If i switch default template then you will see the page preview. I think the template provider removed the component area. Please contact your template provider. I have added a heading addon and also it works fine. Thanks

I am really confused by your response as the template is not an issue with using SP Page Builder and I have created page ID 25 up until this point with no issues. However, if you try to duplicate one of the sections it wont now save. If I amend any of the existing sections or elements it also saves without an issue.

I have also changed to the default template and I also get the same issue.

The issue relates to the number of elements/sections.

Can you investigate further please?

Can I download a backup of your site to check it on my localhost? Once it’s done, I will get back to you soon. Sometimes, it may take an extra day.

When you say they are fine you can duplicate the section called Manufacturer Courses - Price & Button and save the changes?

Hi Toufig, you need to duplicate a section that has numerous elements otherwise it will save correctly.

Please copy the Section called Manufacturer Courses - Price & Button and try to save the changes - this will not work.

if it did what is the issue with it on our website?

Sorry Toufig - I logged on my phone and didnt see the credentials!

Do you have any ideas why it would work on your server and no on ours? What resources are likely to be used during that save process?
