Tabs Formatting Revisited

At this page, is it possible to have the tabs that are displayed on the left side of the page arranged in 2 columns of 3? I also need to see the image that is inserted to the left of the title when the tab is in the dark colour? Do I need a separate icon in white or is it a css issue? Can css turn the image white? https://www.accountantswebdesign.us/services-en
