Mega Menu Behaving Funny

Im trying to customize my mega menu for my site tcarrassociates.com. Im noticing that the mega menu Row settings are showing random menu items, and even blank items after I make a change and save it. Here is an example, as you can see in the right column, there is a random blank space: https://prnt.sc/eClEvDJ-hMuQ
Even after I fix the row/column and hit save, they randomly come back..it's like the mega menu has a mind of its own. I tried clearing all my Joomla/browser cache after every save and Im still getting issues. What are the next steps to troubleshoot this?

If you could kindly provide any additional information regarding the issue, it would greatly help me investigate and address it more efficiently. On the frontend I can see you have a menu item after Long Term Care and it is named as Individual Health (ACA). Please check your template settings again.

Accepted AnswerHello, so yes this is part of the issue..I will fix the items and it will look fine..then it will randomly revert back to showing random spaces/items showing in the rows. I had to fix the issue so my site was working properly..but next time this happens I will send more details. thanks for the follow up
