Free Version Of Latest Sppb Causes Error

Hello, how can i fix this problem on my customers website ?

Class "JoomShaper\SPPageBuilder\DynamicContent\Services\CollectionsService" not found The requested page can't be found.

He uses free version , with latest joomla 5.2.3 and php 8.2.
