Hello,
Popup-Builder are no longer available in the admin menu since update 5.51!

Hello Stefan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In SP Page Builder, when you click the “Add” button, a popup should appear, with page, popup and dynamic content create option. If you’re experiencing any issues with this functionality, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist further.
