Popup Builder Background Image Not Shown

For first time I want to create a popup with the Popup-Builder. There is no problem, to assign a background color of the popup by the popup-settings. But if I want to insert an image as background, it is not shown in the preview. When I insert the image insted in an div-container, it appears displayed, but not correctly centered in the popup-area. Where is the fault?

hi, there exists no specific page link, because the popup is not yet published. you can find the popup named "mitglied_werden_02" in our accout. The link to the screenshot is in the hidden content (I don't succeed to insert it here)

On the screenshot you can see the issue: The popup area is this one with the green border. In the menu item "popup settings" I can assign each background color, but If I insert there an background image, it will not be displayed.

The colorful image you can see at the screenshot was inserted as background of an div-area. But although I set all padding and margin values to 0px, the image appears shifted to the right.

Actually I would prefer to assign the background image by the "popup settings". But something does not work.

Now I noticed that the background image will be displayed as assigned on specific page, but not in the preview modus of the popup.

But now it keeps the problem, that the background image is not displayed in the correct size. Both, popup and background image have the size 887px x 622px. If I set the background size on "cover" or "contain", it displayes only a cutout of the background picture. If I set on "inherit", it shows the background picture too small.

Hi, not really. It still shows only a cutout of the background picture, but not the full picture. This is not the solucion, because both background picture and popup size originally have the same size. (how I descriped in #200487)

Ok got it.

Please use this CSS in your custom.css file

.page-237.sp-pagebuilder-popup .builder-container{
    background-attachment: unset !important;
}

In the custom.css it did not work.

But then I use this CSS directly in the CSS of the popup:

.sp-pagebuilder-popup .builder-container{ background-attachment: unset !important; } And now the popup looks fine, the background image is displayed correctly. :-)
