Good morning, I'm doing a zip archive right now. The added problem is that I can no longer “touch” the “Helix Ultimate” theme. During configuration the predefined header entries are missing and when I save the whole header is gone.

There are some issues with the backup. I cannot unzip the backup. I am trying to take the backup from your site by myself.
