Article Image Not Uploading / Existing Articles Show No Image In Backend

Hi the featured image upload in articles did work very fine, but since some days this is not possible. If I upload an image, nothing happens. If I open an older article in backend with featured image, it is not shown, and if I save, the image is lost.
If have this problem on three websites since some days, tested with Microsoft Edge / Firefox Joomla 5 newest Helix template and plugin Upload Max Filesize 80M Post Max Size 80M Speicherlimit 512M
