The latest version of SP Page Builder requires a minimum of PHP 8.1. Please refer to the documentation for more information.

I changed the PHP version to 8.01 but I can't change anything, it gives me an error...

Unfortunately, the latest version of SP Page Builder is not fully compatible with Joomla 3. To ensure optimal performance, I recommend updating your Joomla installation to a more recent version.
If updating Joomla is not an option, you can use SP Page Builder version 5.4.6, which remains compatible with Joomla 3.

If you have downgraded from v5.5.x to an older version, then remove:
JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_collection,
JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_image,
JRoot/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/dynamic_content_text
those 3 directories.
