Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

Hello,

Regarding the first issue, it’s not an error but rather a CSS code. The second issue has been fixed.

Thanks,

This was a deprecation warning caused by the latest PHP version. I’ve applied a fix to resolve it.

I’ve fixed the deprecated warning.

If the titles for Bottom 1 and Bottom 2 are not displaying, please create SP Page Builder modules for them — just like Bottom 3 — so the titles will show properly.

The issue is in the _sppagebuilder table, the id column is not set to auto-increment.

To fix this:

  1. Check how many entries are in the table.
  2. If there are, for example, 518 entries, run a query to update the row where id = 0 and set it to id = 519. This ensures there is no entry with id = 0.
  3. After the update is successful, go to the table structure, edit the id column, enable the Auto Increment option, and save it.

This should resolve the issue.

Thanks!
