Hello I have a problem with the screen scale I have a monitor with 25 inch and when I do any template and page design I did it upon this screen but when my agent open the website on a labtop with 14in or 17in it will changed
what shall I do to have the same result on all screens ??

You have to develop the site responsively. If it is an SP Page Builder page, then you have to design the same for these two specific device sizes.
