This is not an issue with the Helix Ultimate template. It seems that you have added some override addons with custom layouts, Joomla content, CSS, etc. I need to cross-check this on another server. Please allow me some time.

Your server is slow and you have overrided addons, Joomla com_content layouts, etc.

I have installed a new template (Nestfund). Please make it default template & check. Let me know the update.

Test 2 - https://s01.cw9.it/smartphone NestFund Template - blog category joomla without override – very Slowly 558 queries – 474 queries “SELECT * FROM j369_template_styles WHERE client_id = 0 AND id = '14'

Test 3 - https://s01.cw9.it/shopping Cassopeia Template – blog category custom with override – go fast!

Maybe the issue is in helix not my custom override

have you delete my override on your test website? Or have you made other update?
