Megamenu Builder Not Showing Actual Menu State

Hi, Helix ultimate 2.1.2, latest joomla Set the menu items trough joomla menu, and modified trough template/settings/menu builder 3 colums on one menu item
at certain point menu joomla shows single colum, menu builder shows no megamenu when created adds no menu and web shows 3 colums ...
deleted some menu items in joomla menu, things did not updated in template/settings/menu builder, but web page is updated??
tried deleting all cash, played with compress ccs (template settings)
there is some kind of miscomunication in template/settings/menu builder, it sets but does not update itself where is the cache for the template/settings/menu builder? how to force template/settings/menu builder to rebuild? master is joomla menu or template/settings/menu builder?
any ideas? thanks

Mega Menu is handled from Template Options -> Menu settings. So, add or remove Mega Menu items from the Template Options. There are no settings for Mega Menu in Joomla menu system. You may follow the documentation:
