I am trying th do a hire form im SP Pro 5.5.2 with a couple check boxes. The all appear on to website and you can mark them but when it comes to sending the message they don't apear in the email right now the check box are called Field lable is test with 2 boxes Checkbox lable test , Field Name test and Checkbox lable test1 , Field Name test1 the Email Body I have is Checkbox lable test , Field Name test

You have to set all the item field name for checkbox and use the item field name variable in the Email Content settings. Please check this short tutorial to understand the settings.
