Hi,
I am not able to install page builder 5 on Joomla 4.
only 3.8 works. and that not quite good. some of the tabs and menus look like they cannot read their style sheets.
what do I need to do?
I sent many and multiple emails for the support no one really cared. I wanted to return and get a refund and go back to quix but someone after 3 weeks from Joomshaper said try asking in the forum and I want to give this a try.
The free version of sp page builder , even the latest version works just alright. but as soon as I bought it , it cannot even be installed.
Here is the error text: JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'is_favorite'
Extension installation stopped.
Error installing component
now the whole backend if jumbled up. I cannot do anything. it is all 500 syntax error.
how can I uninstall the sp page builder and revive my website?
