Warning During Joomla Update Version 5.2.4

I'm trying to update my joomla to the latest version but it crashes warning me about Page Builder plugins that could cause problems

the current version of joomla is 4.4.11 while that of Page Builder is 5.5.2

I wanted to attach a screenshot of the error but I couldn't

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
