I require assistance with SP Page Builder. I have created numerous pages using the tool, and while they appear correctly in the website menu, they are not visible within the SP Page Builder's page list. Could you please advise on how to locate these pages?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello Nima,

Thanks for reaching out ot us. If you create pages using SP Page Builder, You will found them by navigating to your admin dashboard component -> SP Page Builder -> Pages.

I you think, You didn't see them in here, Please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Thanks,

From my end, I see pages are available in pages section.

Please, clear your browser and joomla cache then try again.

I've encountered a significant issue with SP Page Builder. Several pages, including "Hunddagis," are not appearing in the page list despite being visible in the website menu and editable on the front end. Searching for "Hunddagis" within the page builder returns no results.

These pages are essential for the website's functionality, and I am working on a strict deadline of one week. Could you please advise on how to resolve this visibility issue promptly?

Hello,

I took a backup of your site using Akeeba and checked it on my local PC. I found that your database does not contain content for these pages, and many other pages are in the same condition.

If you have a backup, please try restoring it. Otherwise, you may need to recreate the missing pages manually.

Thanks!

Best regards,

I understand there's no database. Does this mean I need to recreate all the pages? Additionally, can we establish a guarantee to prevent this issue from recurring? Finally, could you please clarify where these files/pages are currently located?

Hello,

If you have a backup, you can restore it, otherwise, you may need to recreate the missing pages manually.

Generally, an SP Page Builder update does not delete pages, so I recommend checking if any other extensions might have caused this issue.

You can also check your database—look for the table named _sppagebuilder. This table contains all your page data, and you can verify if the missing pages still exist there.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Given the time constraints, I will proceed with recreating the pages. However, I'm concerned about future occurrences. As this website will consist of approximately 250 pages, what preventative measures should I take? Specifically, is a daily backup necessary? Regards

Hello,

If your hosting provider offers a backup facility, you can use it to take daily backup of your site.

Also, I can assure you that SP Page Builder updates do not delete pages unless a manual delete operation was performed or another extension caused an unexpected deletion.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks!

I haven't used any other extensions that could have caused the unexpected deletion. Please investigate and restore my pages immediately. I rely on them heavily. I exclusively use Joomshaper extensions, and no others. If you suspect another extension caused the deletion, please identify it and restore the pages, thanks

Hello,

I sincerely apologize for this. Unfortunately, there is no data in your database, so without a backup, I am unable to restore the missing content.

Please check if you have a backup available. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks!
