Page Layout Not Loading

Hi,
I have renewed my license. Still the page layout is not loading in SP Page builder - Pages - PageLayouts. I have erased my email and license key and provided the input again in SP Page builder - Settings - License & Update. Tried clearing browser and Joomla cache as well. Please find the email and screenshot within Hidden content
Could you please help in this regard.
