Thanks for contacting us. As per my knowledge there is no default option to do that in EasyStore. You have to customize it yourself as we do not provide customization support. You may look into third-party services that specialize in cart recovery tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or others may offer integration with your Easystore to send reminders and automate follow-up emails.

Hello, Mailchimp supports abandoned cart recalls for e-commerce platforms in general, but it requires EasyStore to send the event data (via the tracker or an API). Does EasyStore generate these events natively? Kind regards
