Default EDIT Form Override

Hi,

By default with helix, why there is an override of article submit form page (edit.php file) ?

Because by default, when I edit an article from the front-end I get these buttons -> https://prnt.sc/EFhi_0e4lNrE

But If I make an override of the file file like this /templates/shaper_helixultimate/overrides/com_content/form/edit.php then I see more buttons => https://prnt.sc/KBpeQ7FV1WxH

I don't understand the point of hiding these buttons by default with helix?

THanks L.

Hi there,

We appreciate your feedback. Our goal has been to keep frontend editing minimal to maintain a clean and streamlined user experience. However, we understand the value of enhancing this functionality and will consider implementing improvements in a future update.

I understand but there is no improvements to do. You just have to remove your override of edit.php page and leave default joomla's submission form.
