HERE , use that URL >> administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=editor&tmpl=component#/settings/license
Email Address - must be a e-mail that you used on JoomShaper account

Hi! I have already installed SP Page Builder PRO, but I can't find the license and update field in settings. There is only the option field and the color library field. Does anyone know why?

I shared screenshots from your site only ;p
Clear Joomla cache and browser cache, and check again. It must be there, I saw it 2x, now and 25min ago.
