Menu is Not Showing Properly On Mobile

Hello, I have a problem with mega-menu on mobile site: https://spitaloltenita.ro/
1 - It doesn't show all the menu that is in mega-menu desktop mode. (By example, I don't see the submenu from the menu option: INFO INTERES PUBLIC. Same problem with submenu from "Acasa" - I see only parts of it on mobile)
2 - Also, I noticed some strange behaviour on the desktop mega-menu. By example, I created a new menu option: Test (Under INFO INTERES PUBLIC) and it doesn't appear in desktop menu nor mobile menu. The options in mega-menu aren't displayed in corect order.
Please, can you help me with these problems? Thank you!
