How To Move The Heading And Text Box Infront Of The Image Box -

Hi,

I have bee trying to move a Heading and Text box to the front in the layers - section - column area, but can not do it for some reason.

Please see link to see what I am talking about... with the Heading [Activity 2].

Unlike the Activity 1 heading, which had the image behind the TEXT, I want to make the 2nd section have the TEXT at the front.
