Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. The issue you are running into are related to caching
- Clear Joomla Cache
- Clear Browser Cache
- Check that same site using 2nd (alternative) browser.
- If you have sort of Server Files cache, clear it in Hosting CPanel setting.
- Reinstall component, just in case.
Then it should be resolved.
Mainly It's a browser cache thing. After clearing the browser cache it will be gone.

I've already done that, I'm using version 5.5.2 but I still have the same issue. Would you like access to the back office to check live?

you can access on back office. ;)
Got to this pageon back office SPPB -> Jean-Paul Teissonnière and click on differents settings row please you will show the problem.

But you didn't clik on setting row with the bug. The bug exist on rows to second level. Look the link please ;)

Could you please ask your server provider about it? Maybe your IP address was blacklisted by the provider, that's why it creates this issue.

My colleagues who are teleworking in two different locations with different IP addresses than mine also have the same problem...

create a new Row inside, and move all addons from old one, and delete 1st (orginal) row
