Dropdown Subitem Menues Not Appear In Off Canvas Menu

the off canvas menu is not showing any icon for the main menu items that have submenues keynote template with joomla5 i try with separator, menu heading, url with # and none of them work to show the + or > icon on the side and when click the menu open the submenu eventosaaoo.com.ar thanks

sorry about that. when clone a website for some reason the module offcanvas come without base item selected and base item need to be selected for the off canvas menu properly work..
