Error When Installing SPpagebuilder

Hi , I am getting the error message when installing as follows: Fehler JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

I am doing update work currently on this test website. My template installed is Cotefo using Helix ultimate, which is not configured properly yet, because I ran into great difficulties with this. This is the reason why I purchased SPpagebuider.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If your existing site was built with SP Page Builder, you can export pages from the old website and import them into the new one. Please follow the official documentation for step-by-step instructions from here https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/export-import-and-save-for-later-use.
If your old site was created with a different page builder, you will need to redesign the pages from scratch using SP Page Builder.
