I think you are talking about reading time progress bar on Articles. You need to customize it on your own. We do not provide customization support. Please go to this location: templates\startuplanding\js and in main.js file you will find the code. (search sp-reading-progress-bar on the file)

I mean about "2 min read" near each article in blog layout + also it appears inside the article.

okay I got this. You need to go to the same file I have mentioned above and search for articles reading time. We have used a function to calculate the reading time according to the word count. You can customize the function.
