"0 Attempt To Assign Property "row_id" On Null"

I have built a page to use as a template, but two of the four copies return 

"0 Attempt to assign property "row_id" on null"

Is there a solution?

EDIT: Even if I create a row from scratch and add an image with a link, the above error is the result.

For one and all - In Apache, I set max_input_vars = 3000 and restarted Apache.
