Header Modifications Not Taking Affect

Hi, Working on a new site, trying to get the header to take on a new background color, text color and height but it will not adjust. No custom coding has been added to the template. I originally installed SP Page Builder 5.5.3 where it didn't even show the options for the headers. Upgraded to 5.5.4, but now no custom settings seem to be working.

Use that switcher, should help in most cases, then click Save.
