where can I automatically set in Page Builder that the outer spacing is always the same for mobile devices?

The first screenshot was created in Page Builder

You should check your template padding settings for it. Do you use any of our templates? Then I can guide you. You can also modify padding for all SP Page Builder pages by CSS. (It is not recommended way though).
Please use this CSS to your template and check your issue on mobile devices

We do not use a template from you. We had our "main template" programmed and now use Page Builder for "new" individual additional pages.
But your instructions works...
