Helix Menu Scrambled On Home Page

I am in the process of using Helix template and sppagebuilder on an all Joomla site. I have changed the template to Helix and when I do, the menu is not displaying correctly. Also on the Home page of sppagebuilder I added an extra row of Joomla modules and these are not displaying either. The site is live (off-line) while I get this fixed. Please can you help me? Accepted AnswerOK, I found the issue why the menu was not displaying correctly. It was published in the previous template menu position.
Why does the image not appear completely full on the screen? Where is the best place to change the text colour above the image? I have a section below the image which contains 6 Joomla modules but they do not display. Why?
