Hello Steven,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. You can use EasyStore on your site. I have checked your site. So far, all requirements are matched. You can also check the documentation:

Wonderful, How do we upgrade account, in the account there is no option to upgrade our account to add Storefront. We currently are paid for more than one year annually. Check video for details

Unfortunately, the upgrade option is not available now. I can arrange a refund for you. Then you can buy your EasyStore plan. Please email us to [email protected]. I have asked the Sales team to assist you immediately.

Hi Ofi,

We are finally ready to add the Store. I will email support, however I want to confirm. We do not want our current site to change and change the template. We want the site to reamin axactly as it is but be able to add a Store which we can configure and link to the current site.... this is possible right? (The store can use the same template pages in the SP Pagebuilder?)

It is possible. You can add EasyStore to the site and set everything in the admin. Then when you are ready, you publish the Shop, Product Details page etc. to the site. Yes, you can use any of our template and SP Page Builder pages with EasyStore. In fact, EasyStore Storefront and Single page can be designed with SP Page Builder. Check out the documentation page:
