JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Can't Create Table `c1ManavDB`.`c44qf_easystore_media` (errno: 121 "Duplicate Key On Write Or Update")

Hey Guys, i have worked with easystore before and it worked fine.
when i try to install it on a new website now it shows me the error in the title. -doesnt matter if i use the archive installation oder the installation method via joomla -doent matter if i try to install easystore 1.4.4 or older.
Already tried: updating joomla clearing cache reinstalling joomla
when i tried it with a fresh joomla installation i still get the issue. i remember that there was an issue like this in the past but didnt find anything about that.
Info: c1ManavDB is name of my database c44qf is prefix

It appears that your site is using a database that is already associated with other projects. Your database contains 4,276 tables, some of which are related to EasyStore.
To resolve this, I recommend using a separate database instance. Please create a new database instance from your cPanel and use it for a fresh Joomla installation or quick start installation. This should help resolve the issue.
